[edit (10:59pm): ending was so lame. SPOILER: So there’s this swarm of genetically engineered locusts moving across the country from both coasts, these locusts are immune to all known pesticides. The options are spraying the country with nerve gas, or divert all power to continental power grids. As the story goes, weather balloons convince nearly ALL of the locusts to fly into the supercharged power-lines, and nearly ALL of them die, the remaining ones become steril somehow, and everyone lives happily ever after. SO. LAME.]
