Life, with a twist.

I’m faced with a decision that could greatly alter the course of my life.

In 2 weeks, my roommate moves out, and I’ll be back to paying the full rent at my apartment (ouch).

This weekend I helped Erin move into her best friend’s mom’s house (she rents to students and friends and exchange students and such).

This house has a quite unfinished basement, and if I do the work to make a room habitable, I can stay there virtually rent-free (paying only my share of utilities). This seems like a great opportunity, I’d be a lot closer to campus, I’d be close to my girlfriend (yet we’d still have our own respective space), and I’d free up a lot of my income for skiing, a new laptop, and travel. The only downside that I can see, is I’m not sure if it’s enough space to maintain a healthy relationship this early on…

We’ve been dating for 2 months today, everything is awesome, we have a lot of overlapping common interests, and I love her.

If anyone has some insight, I’d be happy to hear it. I value this relationship very much, and I’d hate for something like this to spoil it.

  1. Hello, aside from being a regular fan of your site, I actually was just randomly browsing through your videos section today…and I came across something VERY rare and VERY interesting and of GREAT value to me.

You have it listed that you have Apex Theory’s Apossibly performance live on Carson Daly from 2002.

Would it be possible that you could share this video with me?

  2. Sorry I don’t share my stuff. If I accomodated such requests, I would have no time and no money. Bandwidth costs money. Peace.
