Thanks for posting a picture of the lock. I've been curious what that looks like but haven't gotten around to testing myself where I can see the results–I use ARD to work from home.

I've found that I personally prefer Canons over Nikons. Your macro test was a great idea to see which one works best for you. I'll keep in mind to try something like this next time I'm in the market for a new camera. Finding the best camera for sharp focuses and clear macro shots is so important.

Awesome! Since Apple supports CalDAV in Mac OS X iCal as well as Mac OS X Server, I'd think it must be only a matter of time before support is included in the iPhone / iPod Touch. It's sort of necessary if they want to have their own enterprise offering rather than requiring people to rely on Exchange to get group calendars on their mobile devices.

That's unfortunate. I've always seen part of my job as a web designer as a client educator. It's probably "my way or the highway" in your situation though. My boss insists on making all of our external links open new windows and it drives me nuts.

The best way to handle the situation is to show them why. Chances are they just don't know any better or haven't been educated. Find some sites with frames and show them that they haven't been touched since 1998. Show them how they can't bookmark pages with frames. Show them the disadvantages of using Dreamweaver over Wordpress (or another CMS).
