Heavy Mental.

Earlier this summer I ordered the Otep DVD “Abominations.” I just recieved it today, and all I can say is WOW! Any time you watch video of live performances, a lot gets lost from actually being there, but I was out of my seat headbanging to some of these videos. The energy they put into their music is unfathomable.

“So let it be written,
so let it be done,
the brighter they shine,
the darker we become.”

Seattle.

I really dispise the way Comcast operates, I called Saturday to find out the price of getting hooked up again and said I’d call back to make an appointment. (I didn’t) and yesterday morning at 8:30 the tech comes to install it. Being that I was home and had some time I had him install it anyways. Long story short, Comcast sucks, but they’re my ISP again.

A couple weeks ago I picked up a camera (Nikon Coolpix 2100) at Circuit City because I was going to Seattle to watch the Vikings’ last pre-season game, and went to see the Space Needle, etc. Check out some of the pictures I took (including one of my nephew, Ben and his sisters). I won’t mention the score, which may be an indication of who won 🙁 . Anyways, I decided I probably couldn’t afford the camera and returned it last night.

Then this past Sunday I went to Good Times bar to watch the regular season kick-off where the Vikings beat up the Cowboys 35-17. Food is expensive there, I paid over $10 for a burger with fries and a beer. I don’t think I’ll be eating during all the games I go to there. Next Monday night the Vikings take on the Eagles in Philly.

Ah, classic Mac OS.

I’m at work and just had a caller who got an error message of “not enough memory to print” so, naturally, I told him to restart the computer. Then the computer proceded to tell him…. “There is not enough memory to complete that command!”

Not enough memory to restart, how lovely. And might I add… WTF?! 🙂

PS. my summer vacation is over and I’m back at work in Eugene. School starts at the end of September.
