Yesterday I bought a new, used truck.
It’s a bright red, ’93 Ford Ranger 4×4. The body, and interior are in excellent shape, especially for being 11 model years old. It’s got 92K miles on it’s 3.0L V6 engine.
I could go on, but car speak isn’t that interesting to me, so too bad.

Well I called the University of Oregon on Friday. They had some “good news for me”. I got in!!!
I need to do a few things around here before I go apartment shopping (get a vehicle, get a checking account with a bank that exists in oregon, possibly get my own cell phone, waterski tourny next weekend, etc). But then it’s off to get a place to live out there, and then back here for a couple weeks to finish off my summer. I went out last night with a few friends for a couple drinks last night to celebrate.
Excuse me while I do my “finally getting off the f*cking iron range and on with my life” dance…
This time it’s: shorter, for a reason, I’m not going alone, and we’re flying.
I doubt I’ll have many chances to update this, but as long as I have a travelog, why not, eh?
