Source: Scammy health product video, ended up selling some kind of supplement, but this health info seemed noteworthy. Interestingly, I saw a new version of the same “ad” yesterday, 2018-02-11.

Body turns unknown food into fat (think artificial sweeteners, preservatives, etc)

Dieting/Clensing don’t work long-term because they’re temporary.

AVOID:

  • Yogurt containing >20g sugar per 6oz serving.
  • Cereal bars
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Olestra / Olean
